Festive Flow & Mingle

This special class offers a 70 minute Gentle Yoga Flow to help you ground, breathe, and move with ease on Christmas morning. After practice, stay for refreshments and relaxed social time — a chance to connect, share warmth, and enjoy the season together.

This class is by donation (suggested $15 - $20). All proceeds support Yoga Gives Back, helping uplift women and children through education and microloans.

Come as you are, move softly, and join a meaningful cause this holiday season.
