This class is designed to help you relax and also feel revitalised. The class includes beneficial breathing, mindful movement and relaxation. This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards. The class is also suitable for beginners to yoga, as well as people with more experience.
You will learn helpful movements, postures and breathing techniques to bring some calm to your life, help you de-stress, whilst also improving flexibility and strength.
Why choose this class? Some people say they have the best night's sleep of the week after coming! It's a small, friendly, relaxed class and you can take things to your own level.
Cost £7 / £5 (concession)
Bookings close 1 hour before start of class. You can book several classes in one transaction and also book for a friend.

NB: if this class is fully booked there is another class on Fridays - same venue. You can also join the waiting list, which ends 1 hour before class. If you don't get a place your card will not be charged.
