Join us for an ongoing, free in-person yoga class, open to both individuals living with cancer and their caregivers. This gentle, supportive practice focuses on movement, breathwork, and relaxation to promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. No prior yoga experience is needed, and modifications are offered to suit all abilities. Connect with others in a nurturing space where both personal health and caregiver support are prioritized.
