Join us June 26th on the corner of Lake Ave & Superior St at 5:00pm in collaboration with Zenith City Horror, Anti Imperialist Action, Twin Ports DSA, and Northwoods Socialists for a No Pride in Genocide protest.
The point of the gathering is to reject the pinkwashing of Israel, reject rainbow capitalism, and to reject apathy and embrace community!
It’s scary to exist as a queer person in America right now but let’s not that lead us into despair, instead let us come together use our fear and anger and whatever feelings we may be feeling and make our voices heard and let it be known that we’ve always existed and that we are not going anywhere!!

As people celebrate Pride, Queer and Trans rights and lives are being weaponized by Israel and the United States to justify genocide of the Palestinian people. 36,000 deaths later, Pride organizations – alongside national LGBTQIA+ orgs that claim to represent our community – remain silent on the genocide while championing corporations largely responsible for the genocide.
This Pride month, we demand that Pride organizations heed the call from Queer and Trans people of conscience: ban the corporate entities profiting off of the genocide of our people and the desecration of our communities! Condemn pinkwashing and homonationalism! Call for an immediate, permanent ceasefire now!
