As CEO of Elisme Consulting Services, she empowers organizations to build resilient, psychologically safe workplaces through evidence-based strategies. She has created three transformative frameworks: the E.L.I.S.M.E. Resilience Model, the DEPTH Approach, and the ICEBERG Method. Dr. Elisme also hosts the bilingual podcast "Resilient Voices" and contributes monthly to Lakol Magazine, sharing her expertise widely.
