Yoga Jams Live LIVE… IT’S BACK

Wednesday June 25 at 5:00 pm
at Alliant Energy Amphitheatre (outside of Stone Cliff Winery)

We’ll have several of our incredible musicians from this year returning to accompany us outside while we practice yoga—two 45-minute, all-level flow options will be offered at 5:00 and 6:00 pm.

This year, Yoga Jams Live coincides with the New Moon, so be prepared for some special intention setting and themes woven into the practice to help you ground, reflect, and set fresh energy in motion.

Hot Diggity Dogz is joining us (and they’re even tracking down a vegan option for us!), and we’ll be right outside Stone Cliff Winery with several food and beverage options available.
Hang out, listen to live music, move your body, and stay afterward to eat, drink, and unwind together as we connect and share the love.

This is a FREE B-1 community offering, but cash tips for our talented live musicians are deeply appreciated!
