Today, as the commemoration of Independence Day nears, many of the values that it symbolizes may seem threatened. We may feel anxiety, insecurity, anger, helplessness. You are not alone. It is in coming together as a community where hope can be rekindled. We invite you to join others for a time of prayer for peace, within our hearts and in the world.

A free-will donation is appreciated. Walk-ins are welcome, but RSVPs are encouraged; please RSVP online at shalomretreats.org or by calling 563.582.3592 by noon on Tuesday, July 1.
