Pilgrimage of Trees

This year, there is a convergence of special events during the Season of Creation, including the 800th anniversary of Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of Creation and the Jubilee Year of Hope. During this Jubilee year, we are invited to make a pilgrimage, a journey, usually to a sacred or special place that can be physical and spiritual, and a time for personal renewal and growth.

Shalom Spirituality Center and the Sisters of St Francis Laudato Si Committee invite you to experience a nature pilgrimage on the beautiful Mt. St. Francis campus. Our journey will begin at the Clare House entrance and pause at several trees along the way to listen and learn from them.

**Note: The pilgrimage will take place on hard surfaces. In case of inclement weather, the pilgrimage will be held Sunday, September 14 at 1:00 pm.
