Vanessa will guide you through an all-levels flow, share insights about the significance of the new moon, and lead you in setting intentions for the new lunar cycle—a powerful time for fresh starts and new projects. Andrea Link from Phoenix Rising Healing will enhance the practice with immersive sound healing to deepen relaxation and clarity.

Bring your yoga mat, a journal, and an open heart. Let’s gather in community to welcome new beginnings.
