We’ll move through a fiery, music-driven vinyasa practice set to all your favorite emo anthems—the ones that made you sing, scream, and feel all the feelings. Expect a sweaty, energizing flow with just the right mix of power and release, paired with a playlist that will take you straight back to the days of band tees and side bangs.

Come ready to move, sweat, and scream-sing in your heart (or out loud—we won’t judge). All levels welcome.
