Lymphatic Drainage for the Arms and Shoulders & Yoga with Vanessa & Ali Part 3

Join Vanessa and Ali as they start part 3 of 4 of their lymphatic drainage event. This month they are working on the arms and shoulders. Ali will lead you through a lymphatic massage that you can add to your daily practice and Vanessa will then lead you through a gentle flow to keep the lymphatic fluid moving throughout the body. Each part of this event will cover a different part of the body for self lymphatic massage. If you cannot make it to all, you will not miss anything as we will do a brief recap of what we had learned in the previous month!
You will not want to miss this deep dive into Self care of our legs that carry us throughout our daily lives!
