Join us for Honoring Freedom: Juneteenth Yoga + Meditation—a powerful, healing space to reflect on liberation, ancestry, and rest.

Led by DeLano, RYT-500, and Areon, Certified Meditation Instructor, this class blends movement and mindfulness to honor the day our ancestors were finally told they were free—two years after emancipation.

Through breath, stillness, and intention, we’ll reclaim rest as resistance and healing as power.
