Build new strength through your entire body with this challenging and fun new, 45-minute series, led by Laci. Each class will focus on a different area of your body to give you the opportunity to build awareness, coordination, and trust what you are capable of. Enjoy creative sequencing and transitions that will challenge the mind and body! The final class will blend all weekly elements together in one fluid, functional flow. Join for one class, join for all! Class is lightly heated.
