Join us under the glow of September’s Corn Moon for an intentional and soulful evening practice. Named for the time of year when crops reach their peak and harvest season begins, this full moon invites us to reflect on gratitude, growth, and the cycles of giving and receiving.

Molly will guide you through a grounding, intuitive flow to honor the abundance of the season — weaving in breathwork, moon-inspired movement, journaling prompts, and moments of stillness. To deepen the experience, she’ll also bring her singing bowls, offering sound vibrations to support relaxation and energetic release.

Come as you are — and leave feeling a little lighter, clearer, and more connected.
