FREE Mothers' Peer Support Group

Are you a new mom looking for support and connection? Or do you know a new mom who could benefit from a welcoming community?

Crescent Community Health Center invites new mothers to our FREE Mothers' Peer Support Group, a space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on the same journey.

This group is led by certified postpartum specialist Kiresten Theill, who provides guidance, encouragement, and resources to help navigate the postpartum experience. Whether you're adjusting to life with a newborn, looking for reassurance, or simply wanting to meet other moms, this group is here for you. Newborns and support people are always welcome.

No registration required—just stop by! If you or someone you know could benefit from this support, please share this with them.
