Cheesy BBQ Pork & Hashbrown Casserole
**Ingredients subject to change based on availability.
Reheating Instructions:
If reheating the entire casserole, place in the oven at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until it is 165 degrees in the center (or hot all the way through).
It can also be portioned out cold and then reheated in the microwave as individual portions.
DO NOT PUT CASSEROLE PAN IN THE MICROWAVE.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ - 2 cups cooked, diced or shredded pork
3 cups shredded hashbrowns
1 cup barbeque sauce
½ cup diced onion
1 cup green beans (canned or frozen)
1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
1 ½ - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Then, spray a large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook pork according to package directions. Once cooked, dice in small cubes or shred.
Mix hash browns, pork, BBQ sauce, onion, green beans, corn, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper together in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Stir and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle with ½-1 cup of cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is 165 degrees.
Remove cover and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
