Yoga Sculpt: a pop-up class with Anna Gronerus

Yoga Sculpt incorporates light weights into traditional yoga sequences to help you tone your entire body. It's a great way to improve strength and flexibility while still enjoying the calming, meditative aspects of yoga. This feel-good flow is accompanied to some good tunes to help you stay motivated throughout the class.
We will cool down with seated and supine stretches and finish with a guided Savasana.
You will leave feeling strong and energized. The weights are optional and you can drop them at anytime. Not suitable during pregnancy.
