Time to Meditate – Dublin

Achieve greater mental contentment through the practice of meditation – weekly guided sessions
Settle the mind in a state of calm abiding where it will find peace and stability.
Weekly Meditation and Loving Kindness/Compassion or simple sitting practice on a ‘drop-in ‘ basis.
This is an opportunity to meet, sit, simply staying present to all experiences as they arise, getting to know, making friends with our mind, connecting with our natural essence of being.
Light guidance given. Guided Loving Kindness/Compassion or simply sitting practices.

TIME
Mondays, 7.00 pm. – 7.50 pm, in-person.

DONATION
Each session is on a drop -in basis, so everyone is welcome. If you can make a donation, it would be very much appreciated. Please don’t let finance be an obstacle to attending.

INSTRUCTORS
There will be a number of experienced instructors, from the Dublin Sangha who will facilitate the sessions

AUDIENCE
This course is suitable for everyone – from those beginning meditation to experienced practitioners.
