You’ll be guided through each practice, with space for questions and gentle reflection.
Each session is 60 minutes, once a week.
You can choose to join us in-person in Dublin 16 or online via Zoom—whatever suits your schedule best.
If you can't make it to a class, Replays will be available so you can catch up in your own time.

Discover the power of your breath to calm your nervous system, uplift your energy, and create inner space.

Shift your emotional energy with gentle movement, visualization, and intention-setting.
🧘🏼♀️ Week 5: Living in the Light🧘🏼♀️
Experience an energy lift through a visual meditation. A powerful exercise to uplift your energy system, rebalance your body’s energy centers and allow emotional flow.
