During this beautiful group healing sound healing journey, we connect to our breath as I guide you through some breathing techniques, you then lay snug & comfortable on a yoga mat with comfortable bolsters cushions etc wrapped up in a warm blanket. While you lay listening I will then use various sounds and instruments following a specific rhythm to sending waves of vibration throughout your body, harmonising cells to induce a feeling of well-being and deep relaxation.
The relaxing sound produced by the Crystal bowls,Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Drum and rattles etc has a relaxing hypnotic effect on the brain, slowing brain waves and induce a deeper state of relaxation going deep into your Cellular Memory assisting in the release of anything that no longer serves you always for your higher good and your higher purpose.
