Skywatching at Sandymount on Wednesday 15th Oct at 8pm

As part of its programme of free public events, the Irish Astronomical Society (IAS) intends to set up a Skywatching event at the Martello tower carpark, Sandymount, (near Eircode: D04 W3C4) on Wednesday 14th October at 8pm. Join us as we view stars and planets in the night sky through modern telescopes. Chat to experienced amateur astronomers. Grab a photo with your iPhone.
The event is weather dependent and will not take place if it is cloudy. Please check this Facebook page (or our Website: www.irishastrosoc.ie ) for an update if the weather is cloudy. If the event is cancelled we may arrange another night within a few days
