From Fear to Confidence

We’re thrilled to see Caroline Madden featured in the Irish Daily Mail, where she shares how joining Malahide Toastmasters helped her overcome a lifelong fear of public speaking.



Over the past year, Caroline has shown incredible courage — from nervously speaking for the first time at a club meeting to confidently delivering a speech at her book launch for The Marriage Vendetta. Everyone in the club is proud of her and delighted to have supported her on this journey.



Her story is a powerful reminder of what Toastmasters is all about: a community built on Integrity, where members commit to personal growth; Respect, where every voice is valued; Service, where we support one another; and Excellence, where we strive to improve with every speech.
