Canal Communities Community-Based Public Safety Strategy: Moving Towards a Public Health Approach to Violence
Developed by Senator Lynn Ruane for the Canal Communities Local Drug & Alcohol Task Force
The strategy is a bold long-term plan to reduce violence and build safer communities in Bluebell, Inchicore, Rialto and the surrounding areas. It is based on the experiences of people closest to the reality of violence, and it is guided by community safety responses that have worked in other countries. Please join us on the 8th of July, as we explain the plan and ask community members to help shape it further and put it into practice.
