Inner Waters: YogaSOMATICS Workshop with Deirdre Madden

Dive into the fluid intelligence of your body in this immersive YogaSOMATICS workshop, Inner Waters. Through slow and intuitive movement, subtle body listening and inner exercises, we will find freedom, flow and deepen our feeling sense of body awareness. We will journey inward tuning into the soft rhythms and currents that shape our physical and emotional being. This is about reconnecting, rebalancing and remembering your natural essence and being state. The workshop will be floor-based so please bring any cosy layers to keep you warm. There will be space for some inner reflection, so you are welcome to bring a
journal for any insights, thoughts or just to be with what is moving and flowing. Come as you are.
Suitable for all levels but not for pregnant students.
