Fitness &Pilates classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility&posture, and boost your wellbeing. All levels welcome!

� Keep in Shape, Stay Engaged, and Have Fun with Fitness & Pilates classes in South Dublin (Stepaside)!
These fun, motivating sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, build up muscle & strenght, manage your weight and boost your overall wellbeing. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications are provided to suits anyone’s needs. Guidance & supervision is provided through out the class.

- Pilates - This 60 minute class (45 min mat work & 15 min Stretch &Relaxation)focuses on controlled movements that strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. You'll work through a series of exercises on the mat, using your own bodyweight as resistance. We may also, use small equipment (such as Pilates rings, mini balls,foam rollers,elastic loops resistance bands, or light weights) to add support, variety and challenge, making your workouts even better!
. What to expect:
- Gentle warm-up to activate muscles
- Core-focused exercises to build deep strength
- Movements to enhance balance and stability
- Stretching to release tension and improve mobility
All levels welcome — modifications are always provided to suit beginners as well as those looking for more challenge. Leave feeling stronger, taller, and more centered!
Regardless of your fitness level and confidence come move, stretch, and feel great in an enjoyable workout environment! Classes will move OUTDOORS when weathered permitting .
- Fitness - This dynamic 60-minute group workout is designed to improve your overall fitness, build strength, and boost endurance. The classes combine functional strength training, bodyweight exercises, cardio and HIIT intervals to target all major muscle groups.Dumbbells, kettlebells, and iron plates are used to enhance workouts by adding resistance, building strength, and increasing overall training intensity.
What to expect:
- Warm-up and mobility drills to prep your body
- Resistance training with dumbbells, kettlebells, or bands
- Cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate
- Core exercises to strengthen your midsection
- A cool-down stretch to improve flexibility
Modifications are offered to suit beginners through advanced participants. Be ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and have fun in a motivating group environment! Classes will move OUTDOORS when weathered permitting .
