About the event

[Dublin] National Demonstration for Palestine: Two Years of Genocide - Sanctions Now!
To mark two years of Apartheid Israel's unrelenting genocide in Gaza in which it has slaughtered more than 66,000 Palestinians, and protest the Irish government’s continued refusal to hold the Apartheid state accountable, the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign, supported by over 200 Irish civil society organisations, has called another National Demonstration for Palestine Saturday 4th October.

The march will begin at the Garden of Remembrance at 12.30pm (NOTE THE EARLIER THAN USUAL TIME) and finish outside the Dáil on Molesworth Street/Kildare Street to bring our demands to the Irish government’s doorstep.

Disabled Access Note: Disabled access point will be outside the back gate of Trinity, at the intersection of D’Olier Street and College Green.

PLEASE JOIN, SHARE & INVITE YOUR FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK, THANKS!

We need to bring people’s rage to the government’s doorstep – no more pathetic excuses, no more hiding behind legalese, no more empty words: we want sanctions on Israel now!

SANCTIONS & ARMS EMBARGO NOW!
STOP THE CENTRAL BANK FUNDING GENOCIDE!
INCLUDE SERVICES IN THE OTB!
NO WEAPONS THROUGH IRISH AIRSPACE OR AIRPORTS!
JOIN THE HAGUE GROUP!
NO TO THE ANTI-PALESTINIAN IHRA DEFINITION OF ANTISEMITISM!
END REPRESSION OF THE PALESTINE SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT!
END ISRAELI APARTHEID!
FREEDOM AND JUSTICE FOR PALESTINE!

Join us on Saturday, 4th October to tell the government that there can be no more business as usual, no more pathetic excuses and hand-wringing statements — we want sanctions now!
