Couch 2 5 k registration night

Registration for our first ever Couch 25k ahead of this years SKR will be held on Thursday 3rd July in the Parish hall from 7-8.30pm

Kissanes Pharmacy Ballyhale will be present on the night for optional testing of a before/after of weight/blood pressure/blood sugars.

* Cost is €50 which includes 7/8 weeks running programme courtesy of Adele from Adele's Eat Train Live or Adele’s Gazelles 🥰
* Structured instruction by our seasoned runner Gerry Walsh every Wednesday night @8pm in Shamrocks GAA Club walkway.
* AND includes your chipped entry to the 5km run on 31st August with a discount on one of the fabulous T-shirts and vests for this year!!!
