What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, blanket & pillow, bottle of water, and an open heart
Contraindications : Please note this sound bath is NOT suitable for people with the following: please contact to discuss if any apply to you • People with pacemaker, ICD, defibrillator, stents. • Inflamed areas, areas with open wounds / post surgery within 3 months, • Advanced stages of cancer, cancer tumours. • In the first trimester of pregnancy- can be played gently from a distance in the environment from trimester 2 on. • Metal implants, metal plates, hip replacements etc. • Sound sensitive epilepsy. • Severe or clinical mental health conditions- PTSD, psychotic conditions such schizophrenia - all sound unsuitable.
