Morning all, I’m running a sales workshop which is open to everybody who wants to come along at 9.30am, June 26th in Kilkenny.
If you find that you need some guidance with your sales and marketing plans or simply want to meet a group of people are looking to increase their sales please send me a PM.
I am facilitating this workshop for anybody in the area that is struggling with generating leads or indeed closing sales. The format of the day will be as below:
1. Welcome & Icebreaker: Quick round to share how you feel about sales.
2. Individual Spotlight Sessions:
- Mini 1:1 format with group support.
- Personal sharing, peer Q&A, brainstorming, drafting, and sharing your plan.
3. We’ll explore topics like ideal clients, effective marketing strategies, sales processes, and growth opportunities.
4. Plan Drafting & Wrap-Up:
- Use the Mini Sales & Marketing Plan Template to outline goals and actions.
- Share insights and commitments for the week ahead.
5. Final Roundtable: Share one takeaway you’re excited to implement.
The only cost involved in this will be a €20 fee to cover the cost of the room and any refreshments. Please share on your social media also I’m very keen to meet with other businesses in the Kilkenny area.
