$10 Community Deep Stretch Yoga

Our community classes are taught by our teachers in mentorship.

This class is quiet and simple, but not necessarily an easy practice. Working deeply into the body, deep stretch targets the deepest tissues, the connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body. Based on the principles of Yin yoga, we will explore and hold various, mostly seated and reclining poses, for 3-5 minutes each. Tap into the power of your breath as you stretch, explore your edge and free congested energy.

Intensity: Moderate. Temp: 75-78 degrees.
