We’re thrilled to welcome Kevin McManamon – former Dublin All-Ireland winning footballer and now a respected high-performance coach – to lead a raw and real conversation about men’s mental health and personal development.

Kevin will be sharing stories from his journey both on and off the pitch, diving into the mental tools that helped him thrive at the highest level, and how he now helps others do the same. He’ll also answer your questions and open up space for connection and reflection.

These nights are always something special – a chance to chat with like-minded men, drop the mask, and leave feeling a little lighter and more connected.
