Sonic Summit is proud to welcome Andrew Scheps to Ireland for a series of masterclasses!

Scheps is an elite music producer and mixer from New York who has played an integral part in the creation of iconic records by Hozier, Adele, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kid Rock, Audioslave, Kaleo, Johnny Cash, and many other legendary acts.

This event at the legendary Windmill Lane Recording Studios will be Andrew's first ever seminar given in Ireland. For those wishing to take a deeper dive and work one-on-one with him, this one-day event will be followed by a separate four-day immersive retreat at Grouse Lodge Recording Studios from August 22-26.

This masterclass at Windmill Lane will take place in the impressive top-floor live room of Studio One. It will be set up with a high-definition projector and Meyer Sound PA, so the audience can clearly see and hear what Andrew is presenting.

Part of the class will explore his recent work in immersive audio mixing, at which point the participants can wear a pair of studio headphones (provided) and listen to his work in spatial format.
