Join us for Garden to Jar, a hands-on preserving experience where you’ll turn garden grown produce into beautiful, delicious pantry staples.

Together, we’ll make:
🍅 Peach chutney
🍇 Savoury Plum Sauce
🍓 Strawberry Jam
🍑 Plum & Vanilla Jam
🍋 Lemon & Thyme Cordial

While our preserves simmer away, the deliciousness continues as we roll up our sleeves to bake sweet and savoury scones - perfect for sampling everything we’ve made. You’ll learn to make these from scratch, and then enjoy them with a beautiful tasting spread, all paired with a glass of bubbles.

You’ll gain essential preserving skills—understanding setting points, safe sterilisation and bottling techniques—plus loads of time for questions, tips, and tricks throughout the session.

✨ You’ll leave with 5 jars or bottles of your handmade preserves and the confidence to preserve at home.
