Bend with Jenn and Breath & Body by Barb are presenting an evening of Yoga Nidra and sound bath at Bridgeviews Drumheller.

Come and join us on August 22nd, 7pm-9pm, in the big dome!

The evening will start with Yoga Nidra and then a relaxing sound bath. At the end of the evening there will be time for discussion and journaling about your experience.

So, bring your yoga mat and maybe a comfy blanket and enjoy an evening spent relaxing and pampering your mind, body and soul.

Bolsters and blocks for participants use are available.
