We don't claim that you will be 100% ok after the week-end. But we will provide you with tools to learn to cope and understanding of the soul process so it is easier to let go of the pain. I am an End-of-life doula and I am trained in Grief and Beravement therapy.

Kris is also the leader of Sound Therapy at the center where she plays the Crystal Bowls during our group meditations. 

The cost is based on activities lead by me, Accommodations and meals and materials for workshop.
