From Adobo to Zucchini, A Plant Based Mexican Fiesta!

Celebrate the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexico with this completely plant based, hands on cooking class. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to add more plant-forward meals to your kitchen, this class showcases how satisfying and authentic Mexican food can be.

Chef Mark and our Harmons Dietitian Elizabeth will introduce you to some techniques and ingredients you can use to elevate your plant-based cooking with soul-satisfying Mexican food that is just as magical without the meat.

Menu:
Portabella Marinated Mushroom Tacos in Adobo with Pickled Red Onion
Guacamole
Corn Enchiladas with Swiss chard, chiles, and quinoa
“Calabacitas”, a delicious vegetarian dish featuring zucchini, corn, chiles, stone fruit and other seasonal veggies.
Watermelon Lime Agua Fresca
