🤔 Do you feel tight and stuck in your body? If the answer is 'YES'...?

Then Yin Yoga could be transformational for you...

👉 Why? Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the yin tissues, which are the deep, hidden tissues, the connective tissue, fascia, and ligaments surrounding the joints.

If they are super stuck, you can stretch your muscular body as much as you like, but your flexibility may not change, and you may be setting yourself up for injury!

It requires targeting and slowly opening the yin tissues to give your muscles space to move and elongate.
The pace teaches you a lot about your own body & mind: not just how small movements can change postures but how everything’s put together.

Yin is a slow-paced practice that is hugely beneficial alongside cycling, weight training, running, and other exercises that shorten muscles, resulting in less flexibility and mobility throughout the whole body.

Yin is a slow-paced style of Yoga, where postures are held for between three and five minutes. To help you sink into the poses, your body is supported with props to allow you to relax, breathe into the stretch and allow gravity to do its thing.

👉 Please wear warm, comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, and I would suggest not eating 90 mins prior to practice.
