About the event

School Starters Sleep Workshop
On July 9th we are hosting a Schools Starters Sleep Workshop for parents with children due to start school in September.

Until around age 8, our little ones should be sleeping for around 12 hours each night, this plays a really important role in their physical, social and emotional development which is particularly important this year!

We will provide you with tried and tested strategies and routines that you can implement immediately to support a successful transition in September.

The price is £20 per family, meaning two adults are welcome to attend.
