Join the Community to Honor Ryon Mora and Support His Family
Don Pedro Lake, CA – June 22, 2025 – The kayak fishing community will come together for a special event on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Lake Don Pedro’s Moccasin Point Recreation Area to honor the memory of fellow angler Ryon Mora, who tragically passed away earlier this year.
In his honor, the Ryon Mora Memorial Kayak Tournament will be held, offering anglers a chance to fish, give back, and participate in a high-value kayak donation giveaway for a Native Slayer Max 12.5 Kayak valued at $2,999, courtesy of Yak-A-Bass Nor-Cal and Native Watercraft.

Eligibility: Open to all kayak anglers – non-members welcome

Event counts as a West Coast Kayak Championship Qualifier (makeup for Almanor)
