Alignment Workshop 2.0

Join lead instructor, Bri Luginbill and 200HR RYT Ustina Shives in a 2-hour alignment workshop. Learn the history behind yoga and the reasons for each asana's alignment. We will specifically be focusing on warrior 1, 2, 3 and downward dog! Since this is a workshop setting, discussion and questions are encouraged! There will be an informational handout. Writing notes is highly encouraged!
