Ladies Self Defense Course Kickoff

The Al Garza's Self-Defense System for Women is back!

Kickoff and first training night is July 7th at Al Garza's Premier Martial Arts in Dickinson!

This course will be held at Dickinson Premier Martial Arts OVER FOUR NIGHTS:
Mon., July 7 - 6:00-9:00pm
Wed., July 9 - 6:00-9:00pm
Mon., July 14 - 6:00-9:00pm
Wed., July 16 - 6:00-9:00pm

This 12 hour course provides a solid foundation in self protection techniques and principles in a safe, fun environment.
