Every pain wants to speak, every tear wants to be visible, every scream wants to be audible. Let us create a space together to put those voices and those quiet silent moments that carry their own messages and truth forward.
The purpose of this event is to create a space where honest and open conversations can be held - conversations that break silence, challenge stigma, and transform the way we see those who are struggling. To create a more open minded community where people struggling through depression and other mental health related issues are seen in a new light and a safe space can be offered to them.

-To create a safe place for those who are struggling in silence.
-To present students thoughts and perspectives on changing the narrative.
📖Focus areas of the event:
• Session on raising awareness among medical students about suicide and mental
health problems
• Interactive engagement with the students regarding stigmas, myths, and misconceptions
surrounding suicide and present their own perspective and their own take on how they can
change the narrative
• Breaking the myths and misconceptions students face in their lives
