An opportunity to showcase innovative scientific projects that address real-life challenges. Participants will present their models, experiments, or research findings to a panel of judges.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Teams can consist of 2-3 members.
2. Projects must be original.
3. Presentations should include working models, research posters or demonstrations.
4. Any hazardous materials or unethical projects are strictly prohibited.
5. Participants are required to bring their own necessary items such as electronic devices, multi-plugs and any other personal equipment they may need.
6. Judging criteria: Innovation, feasibility, scientific accuracy and presentation skills.

Participants will create a visually engaging and informative wall magazine based on a scientific theme.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Teams can have a maximum of 2 members.
2. The wall magazine must include infographics, articles and creative elements related to science.
3. Originality is key; plagiarism will result in disqualification.
4. The maximum allowed size for magazine is 6×6 feet.
5. Judges will evaluate creativity and information accuracy.

4. Judges will evaluate creativity and information accuracy.

1. Maximum of 2 members per team.

Competition Roadmap:
1. Initial Round: 6 groups with 10 participants each. Top 3 winners from each group advance to the next stage (3×6 = 18 winners).
2. Quarter-Finals: 3 groups with 6 participants each. Top 2 winners from each group advance to the next stage (2×3 = 6 winners).
3. Final Round: 6 participants compete for the ultimate win.

1. Participants must follow standard UNO rules; organizers may clarify any disputes.

3. All decisions by the organizers are final and binding.
4. Participants must be present at their assigned group time; absence may lead to disqualification.

▪️ Sudoku - [O]

A mind-bending puzzle competition testing participants’ logic, number placement skills, and speed.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Participants must solve 3 Sudoku puzzles (9×9 grids) individually.
2. The total time allotted for all puzzles is 30 minutes.
3. Use of mobile phones, calculators, or any external help is strictly prohibited.
4. All puzzles must be submitted within 30 minutes; late submissions will not be considered.
5. Participants must follow instructions carefully; failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
6. All decisions of the organizers are final and binding.

▪️ Chess - [O]

Chess is renowned for its deep strategy, tactics, and the intellectual challenge it presents to players of all levels. It involves two opponents competing to checkmate the opponent's king, which means placing the king in a position where it cannot escape capture.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Each player has a very short time for the entire game (e.g., 5 minutes).
2. A player may concede defeat at any time, acknowledging their loss.
3. If a player is absent, the other player will get walkover to the next round.

▪️ Rubik’s Cube - [O]
Solve a Rubik's Cube in order to test the speed and problem-solving skills of someone. The event mainly engages in fast thinking and spatial reasoning, with participants racing against time.

Rules and Regulations:
1. The standard 3x3 Rubik's Cube shall be used.
2. Participants are encouraged to bring cubes for themselves.
3. Time will be recorded to solve it, and the fastest time wins.

▪️ Code Debugging - [O]

Problem Statement:
Contestants receive a problem description (what the program is supposed to do).

Buggy Code:
Along with the problem, a faulty version of the code is provided.

Debugging Task:
Participants must:

1. Understand the intended logic.
2. Locate the bugs.
3. Fix them without changing the original intent or adding unnecessary code.

Submission & Evaluation:
1. The corrected code is tested against input cases. Points are awarded based on:
2. Correctness (does it give the right output?).
3. Efficiency (time and memory usage).
4. Number of successful test cases.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Code Modification Scope – Participants must only debug the given code (fix errors, optimize if specified) without rewriting the entire solution or adding unnecessary features.
2. Time Limit – Each round will have a strict time limit. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Programming Environment – Only the provided IDE/compiler and programming language(s) are allowed. External libraries, internet access, or AI tools are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
4. Evaluation Criteria – Solutions will be judged on correctness, efficiency, and adherence to the given problem statement. Hardcoding outputs or bypassing logic will result in disqualification.
5. Fair Play – Plagiarism, collaboration with other teams, or attempting to interfere with competitors’ work will lead to immediate disqualification.

Code Prodigy is a fast-paced programming contest focused entirely on the C language. Participants solve algorithmic and systems-style problems that test speed, correctness, and code quality. Open to students and professionals.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Language Restriction: Only C/C++ is allowed. Submissions must be single .c files using standard input/output.
2. Individual Participation: The contest is solo only. No teams, code-sharing, or external help permitted.
3. Scoring System: Each problem has fixed points; ties are broken by time taken + wrong submission penalties (20 min each).
4. Fair Play: Use only standard C libraries. No plagiarism, external libraries, system calls, or hacks. Any misconduct = disqualification.

▪️ Photography - [DSLR, Mobile]

Click to showcase the beauty of and essence of science through the lens. Participants will submit photos that represent scientific phenomena, discovery or the natural world.

Rules and Regulations:

3. The images are to be submitted in JPEG format.
4. Participants must collect their framed photos after the event closing.
