Contestants receive a problem description (what the program is supposed to do).
Buggy Code:
Along with the problem, a faulty version of the code is provided.
Debugging Task:
Participants must:
1. Understand the intended logic.
2. Locate the bugs.
3. Fix them without changing the original intent or adding unnecessary code.
Submission & Evaluation:
1. The corrected code is tested against input cases. Points are awarded based on:
2. Correctness (does it give the right output?).
3. Efficiency (time and memory usage).
4. Number of successful test cases.

1. Code Modification Scope â Participants must only debug the given code (fix errors, optimize if specified) without rewriting the entire solution or adding unnecessary features.
