Lack of sufficient and accurate knowledge or a supportive platform to speak up, coupled with the social stigma shun the patients in silence and insecurities, making them reluctant to seek treatment and make healthy lifestyle choices including weight management and incorporating balanced and nutritious diet- some of the vital components in better handling of PCOS.
