The IEEE NSU Power and Energy Society Student Branch Chapter in collaboration with the IEEE NSU Student Branch, is delighted to organize the “Crafting Visual Impact: A Foundational Graphic Design Workshop” of the Skill Development Venture 4.0 series on 29 July 2025. This workshop is designed to educate enthusiasts on the key concepts of graphic design. Starting from the fundamental insights, participants will also be able to enhance their software skills throughout the program. With the ever-evolving technology of 3D printing, they can bring their digital creations to life in physical form.
In the world of digitalization and creativity, effective communication, influencing people through a brand’s image, creating profound visual effects, and driving customer engagement are not just important; they’re inevitable and crucial. Graphic design serves as a constructive tool, a gateway to enhance user experience, a positive product impression, and a reflection of professionalism. Participants will get exposure to design basics, like color theory, contrast, balance, layout, etc. This session will also cover essential design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, the core steps of designing, generating ideas, and understanding the concepts needed for perfect visualization.
