The Wayne Mobile Health Unit will provide access to high quality portable patient centric preventative health care to the underserved.

About this Event

Services offered:

  • Blood pressure screnning
  • General health screening: diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (5+ years old) available during flu season
  • COVID-19 PCR testing (3+ years old) : only symptomatic or exposed individuals and no routine screening
  • Linkage to care and community resouirces
  • Other services, as requested: Point-of care lead testing, HIV testing, STI testing (13+ years old)
