On July 19th, from 5 PM to 9 PM, Detroit’s legendary dance show returns to its original location—now a museum—to celebrate its legacy and raise funds for The Scene Wall of Flame, honoring the show’s dancers, crew, and cultural impact.
For the first time in 38 years, Nat Morris, The Scene dancers, and the original crew reunite at 3146 E. Jefferson, Detroit for an electrifying night filled with rhythm, history, and nostalgia.
The festival-style event features indoor and outdoor celebrations, with tents, seating, and food trucks. At 6 PM sharp, the crowd will go LIVE across platforms, kicking things off with the opening rap, followed by iconic dance styles like The Open and Spread, The Scene Dance Line, The GQ Hustle, and the Boots on the Ground Hustle—plus a little Jit!
