Sound Bowl Meditation Workshop

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy is hosting a range of programming focused on mental health and mindfulness.

Join us for a FREE Soundbowl Meditation Workshop with Afro Moone. Learn how to activate sound meditation instruments and experience the impact of vibrational input/output with a closing waterside meditation.

What do you need?
Yoga mat or blanket

Do I need a bowl?
No, sound instruments are welcomed but not required.

There is a free parking lot you may use at the park as well as a MoGo station.
