Presenter Bio:

William A. Moylan, PhD, PMP, FESD, DTM

Professional Biographic Sketch

Dr. Bill Moylan consults, trains, educates, provides expert witness testimony, and practices Professional Project Management and Construction Engineering. He presents short courses and seminars on basic and applied project management, PM software and public speaking.

In February 2020, Dr. Bill was named Professor Emeritus by Eastern Michigan University - College of Engineering & Technology, where he taught full-time for 18 years. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor for Lawrence Technological University in the College of Engineering.

Dr. Bill has extensive professional experience in all aspects of program and project management, including over eleven years internationally with the Arabian American Oil Co, and since 1983, has been involved in implementing information technology. He has degrees from Lawrence Technological University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Capella University.

Bill is active in a variety of professional societies and civic activities including Rotary International, St. Vincent & Sarah Fisher Center [Board of Directors], Toastmasters International, U of D Jesuit HS & Academy [Facilities Committee], Engineering Society of Detroit, Project Management Institute, and Habitat for Humanity.
