Nature Play for Pre-K invites all participants ages 3-5 for our Nature Play series, exploring a different topic every month. This series is hands-on with a discovery focus. We will start with an introduction inside and then head outside to explore, so please come dressed and prepared for the weather!

Nature Play for Pre-K: Amphibians

The amphibians are active and calling! First we’ll learn about their lifecycle and then jump on down to the wetlands to try and find some of our friends.
Nature Play for Pre-K: Birds
Friday, June 27
10:30-11:15 a.m.
In June, we will be looking for birds! They will have made their nests for the summer and are preparing for their young. How many types of birds can we find?
Nature Play for Pre-K: Pond Life
Friday, July 25
10:30-11:15 a.m.
This month we will take a "leap" and discover what lives in wetlands. We will take the opportunity to look up-close at some of the creatures that call the water home.
Nature Play for Pre-K: Water Play
Friday, Aug. 29
10:30-11:15 a.m.
This month we will look at who uses the water and in what ways! We will also take a “dive”
into different kinds of water play. Come dressed to play in the water!
